libcacard0 software package provides Virtual Common Access Card (CAC) Emulator (runtime library), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcacard0
libcacard0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcacard0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcacard0 *
You will get with libcacard0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
